There are a few factors to consider that can affect the total porta potty rental price. What is the length of my event, hours, days, weeks, months? The length of time the unit will actually be in use directly effects how many toilets you might need to order. Weekend event portable toilets and sinks are typically delivered on a Friday and picked up on Monday. Expect a surcharge or delivery fee for Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Consider your audience, will they feel more comfortable with flushable toilet? A flushable toilet will cost more than the non-flushable standard toilet. Keep in mind local laws and regulations, for large events you may need to rent ADA restrooms. The standards that have been outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act state that for single user portable toilets clustered at a single location, at least 5% but no less than one toilet unit shall be installed at each cluster. If you are on a construction jobsite you will need to follow OSHA’s restroom requirements for the number of toilets needed on-site.

Our employees clean and sanitize the portable restrooms at each service which includes washing with soap and water. We also provide a special detergent in the water, which acts not only as a sanitizer but deodorizer as well to keep the unit smelling great while reducing exposure to germs.

When a tip over of a portable toilet does occur we ask that our customers contact our office as soon as possible to report the incident. We will then dispatch a driver to come to the site and clean the unit or switch out the portable toilet with a replacement depending on the severity of the tip over.

Most city ordinances specifically spell out the requirement of a portable toilet on a construction site and inspectors will require that a porta potty is ordered and either placed on site or on its way before approving the inspection. In addition, OSHA requires a portable toilet on a construction site under the Safety and Health Regulations for a Construction (1923.51 (c) (1), 1926.51 (c) (3), (I), (ii), (iii), (iv) ). The waste water from your porta potty is taken to local waste water facilities and disposed of according to the regulations, procedures and sanitary conditions required by the facilities.

During peak times of the year we often sell out of our portable toilets, porta potties and restroom trailers. To ensure we can service you it is best to make your reservation as far in advance as possible. At a minimum it is best to place your order for portable toilet service at least 48 hours in advance. For large special events or job sites, a week or more lead time is advisable. For urgent needs we are often able to deliver toilets the same day for an extra delivery charge.

Yes! Our portable toilets are reserved only for special events and parties, and have never been at a construction site. Each unit is assigned to a specific purpose. Construction site portables only go to construction sites. But rest assured, every one of our units is and is kept impeccably clean. Guaranteed!

Yes! Our portable toilets or porta potties are great for weekend parties, or even a one day party. Due to the events surrounding covid, it is always best to call at least two weeks prior to your event to ensure proper delivery times of your porta potty.
